Twin English women, now retired, one living in Israel the other in Spain, have put together their poetry, written over the years for many family occasions.  Lydia Lustig (originally from Pinner) and Barbra Dean write about life as they see it.  The people written about all have a special place in their hearts. Lydia writes, “We stand up for one another, we have been through thick and thin, The best friend in the world to me, is my twin.”
Pinner residents will remember Tales from Netherby Cottage, Lydia’s inimitable column in the synagogue magazine many years ago.
